正常的金剛砂耐磨地面的整體強(qiáng)度和表面硬度都非常好,一般不會(huì)出現(xiàn)地面起灰現(xiàn)象。但在施工或養(yǎng)護(hù)不當(dāng)?shù)惹闆r下,也容易出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)度不夠、地面起灰的現(xiàn)象。其主要原因如下:
1、金剛砂耐磨地面材料質(zhì)量問(wèn)題造成地面起灰:如材料存放期過(guò)長(zhǎng)造成變質(zhì),或其中的原材料——高標(biāo)號(hào)水泥變質(zhì);
2、施工不當(dāng)造成地面起灰:過(guò)早開(kāi)始灑材料,造成水灰比偏大;
3、養(yǎng)護(hù)不當(dāng)造成地面起灰:養(yǎng)護(hù)劑涂抹太少,或養(yǎng)護(hù)劑質(zhì)量有問(wèn)題,根本起不到很好的養(yǎng)護(hù)作用,造成地面失水過(guò)快被燒壞;
4、過(guò)早地投入使用造成地面起灰:地面還未達(dá)一定的強(qiáng)度就投入使用,車(chē)輪、鞋底等與地面磨擦損壞表層;
5、低溫受凍、或室外施工時(shí)過(guò)早淋雨均有可能造成地面起灰。
